Introduce how RackHD recognizes the hardware

Goals:

(1)Understand SKU Pack

(2)Understand how to create and load a SKU Pack

Practice:

(1)Build a Quanta-T41 SKU Pack, and register it to RackHD, make sure the RackHD recognize all discovered Quanta-T41 nodes.

(2)Put your customized workflow into SKU Pack, and make sure only the Quanta-T41 can successfully run the workflow, other nodes will not.
